The recruitment schedule is specified in Order No. 48 of the Rector of the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Toruń of March 4, 2026 on the limit of basic scholarship places and the schedule of the recruitment procedure at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in the academic year 2026/20276 for the Doctoral School of Humanities, Theology and Art:

• registration via the IRK website (NCU online application system): 1 - 12 July 2026 (until 2:00 p.m.)
• submission of documents: 1 - 12 July 2026 (until 2:00 p.m.)
• Stage I – evaluation of documents by the Qualification Committee: 13 - 18 July 2026
• announcement of the results of Stage I of the recruitment process: 18 July 2026
• Stage II - interviews: 21 - 22 July 2026
• publication of the results of the recruitment procedure: 27 July 2026 (2:00 p.m.)
