The recruitment schedule is specified in Order No. 49 of the Rector of the Nicolaus Copernicus University of Toruń of March 4, 2025 on the limit of basic scholarship places and the schedule of the recruitment procedure at the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń in the academic year 2025/2026 for the Doctoral School of Science and Natural Sciences:

• registration via the IRK website (NCU online application system): 29 June – 3 July 2026
• submission of documents: 29 June – 3 July 2026 (until 3:00 p.m.) 
• interviews: 8 - 20 July 2026
• publication of the results of the recruitment procedure: 27 July 2026
