Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who hold a bachelor's, engineer's, master's, or equivalent degree in management, business administration, marketing, economics, tourism management, finance, communication (economics), computer science, or a related field are eligible to apply.
English language proficiency at a B2 level is required.
Qualification principles
Recruitment takes place in three stages.
The following are assessed:
a) Diploma
All submitted applications are independently assessed and scored on a scale of 0 to 20. Candidates who have completed their preferred fields of study receive: Management/Business Administration (Marketing, Economics, Tourism Management): 20 points, Finance, IT: 15 points, Communication (Economics): 12 points
Minimum – 12 points
b) Academic Achievements (Grades) – 30 points
c) Motivation Letter – 5 points ( Please attach also a Cv with the letter, this will help the commitee work, there will be no points for CV)
d) Video Presentation – 5 points
e) Up to 2 letters of recommendation – 10 points (1 from a university – 5 points, 1 from a company – 5 points)
f) Documents confirming professional experience – 10 points (no experience – 0 points, 1 to 3 months: 2 points, 3 to 6 months: 4 points, 6 to 9 months: 6 points, 9 months to 12 months: 8 points, over 1 year: 10 points)
g) Documents confirming academic experience – 10 points (participation in student government/student associations – 2 points, scientific collaboration with professor(s) (grant, conference/event organization) – 2 points, student mobility – 2 points, research scholarship – 2 points, scientific article (scientific article in a journal that is included in a European/global citation database) – 2 points)
h) Interview – 50 points
A maximum of 85 candidates selected in Stage 2 will advance to Stage 3.
Following the interview, a ranking list is created – a list of students qualified for admission to the program – a maximum of 30 candidates.

Scholasrhips awarding according to EMJM rules
Geographical balance will be taken into account, i.e., no more than 10% of the total number of scholarships awarded during project implementation (2023-2029) should be awarded to candidates from the same nationality.
