The admission fee is non-refundable and should be paid to the account number generated after signing up for a programme. You can find this account number in the Payment section of your account or use pay-by-link option.
We kindly remind you to upload all required documents, including:
- Secondary school diploma / foreign maturity ( 1st cycle/ long cycle)
- Bachelor’s diploma ( 2nd cycle )
- Master’s diploma (2nd cycle)

We also kindly ask you to complete all information concerning your educational documents and not leave any fields blank. Please provide the date of issue, document number, and the name of the issuing institution.
- If you are applying for first-cycle studies and your certificate requires a recognition decision, please remember this document is necessary to complete the admission process.
- If you are applying for second-cycle studies and your diploma was issued in a country that is not a member of the EU, EFTA, OECD, and does not have a recognition agreement with Poland, you are required to provide information on recognition of your diploma issued by the Director of NAWA.
Please make sure that in the Certificates section you have uploaded a scan of a required language certificate at B2 level:

Kindly do not fill in points or grades and please do not convert your results. All educational documents should be merged into one file and uploaded as:
- Foreign diploma (for Master’s studies)
- Foreign maturity (for Bachelor’s studies)
