Information for Foreign Applicants

  • Applicants from countries with which Poland has agreements on the recognition of education should enter in the recruitment application, under "NAWA Information", the details obtained from the Kwalifikator system:

  • Applicants holding a secondary school leaving certificate (matura) obtained in Poland should upload their secondary school leaving certificate (świadectwo dojrzałości) in the "NAWA Information" section of the recruitment application. Candiates with Bachelor diploma's issued by Polish universities, are asked to upload a diploma in this section. 
  • Applicants from outside the EU, OECD, and countries not covered by education recognition agreements should enter in the "NAWA Information" section of the recruitment application the individual assessment issued by the Director of NAWA regarding their certificate/diploma, obtained via the SYRENA NAWA system:

All applicants are required to provide a certificate of proficiency in the language of instruction at level B2, in accordance with the applicable regulations. Applicants holding a Polish matura certificate are exempt from this requirement — the matura certificate itself serves as sufficient proof of Polish language proficiency. Gradyueates of Polish universities are also exepmt from this requirement.
